Fierro Films is now taking submissions for casting their new HD feature "DITCH"

Below is a list of all the characters and their roles that we need to cast. Looking for people in CT area.

Email: DitchMovie@yahoo.com with your resume, head shot and desired character, have a couple choices of rolls you would like to play. We may recommend certain parts for certain actors/actresses.

This is a non-union production, non pay, set to shoot mid October, in and around CT. Great for resume piece, direct to DVD release online on amazon.com and also will be played at a variety of film festivals. Great chance to meet new people and make a great movie!

Production is scheduled to begin in mid October but may change. The feature is a 1 to 1 1/2 week production.

Synopsis: Morris had it all. A great job, cool apartment, and an almost reasonable girl friend. Until the day came when an online hacker stole his identity and ran his credit into the shitter. Forced to quit his job and move in with his best bud CJ, Morris ends up working as a janitor at a local firm. In the middle of it all his girl friend dumps him for a Swedish dog trainer, lets just say Morris could be in a better situation at the moment. A local television studio that produces his television show called D'Basement is closing in a half year. His girl friend Allison comes back into his life in an awkward turn of events and Morris's friends don't like it.

Morris 24-27 Works as a janitor, young man in his twenty's,  average looking, medium build. Must be able to take direction well to play a good comedic role. Long lines, strong performer.
Renee 24-30

In his late 20's husky, construction worker. Morris's best friend.
Good at improv, supporting character role. Must be able to take direction well to play a good comedic role.
CJ 22-26

A younger man in his 20's, Morris's friend, stoner type character. Very good at improv. In many scenes with Renee. Must be able to take direction well to play a good comedic role.
Sal 25-36 A slick ladies man, bar tender. Morris's friend. Laid back and cool. Supporting role. Good with direction.
Alan 30-45 Mostly drunk all the time. Miserable, very comedic, hates his wife. Good with direction.
Tom 36-55

Overweight. Works with Morris as a janitor, very comedic. Good at improv.
Must be able to take direction well to play a good comedic role.
Chuck 30-50 Studio manager. Always crying about losing the studio which his father created. Funny, good at imporv skills. Takes good direction.
Mao 27-50

Loud, angry asian man. He is Morris's boss, always nags. Can play a good comedic role, improv is key. Very funny.
Must be able to take direction well to play a good comedic role.
Allison 23-28

Morris's Girl Friend. Very attractive, flirty, sneaky, etc.
Can give a good strong performance, semi long lines.

Mr.LeBarn 39-55

Allison's father, hates Allison. Must be able to play a great character with an Australian accent. A man in his 40's clean shaven, slick hair and sunglasses.
Very funny. Improv is a must. Must be able to take direction well to play a good comedic role.
Laura 22-27

Morris's crush. Laura works as a secretary at the law firm. Attractive, happy, out going.
Can give a good strong performance.
Alphonso 22-35

Swedish dog trainer, Allison's friend. Must be able to pull off a good swedish accent. Very funny character. Good at Improv.
Must be able to take direction well to play a good comedic role.
Shawn 24-30 Shawn is Lauras boy friend. A big jerk. Someone to play a good ass hole. Very comedic.
Waiter N/A Girl/Guy, Someone to serve as a waitor at a restraunt
Ice Cream Employee N/A Crazy employee at ice cream bar that Tom and Morris always go to. Loud, funny, weird. Able to play a good strong performance.
Slippery Brittany 22-28 Attractive girl who Morris friends try to hook him up with.
Renee's Customer Girl 21-28 Attractive girl Renee meets on a small plumbing job in the middle of the movie.
Older Lady 55-65 Attractive girl's grand mother, in the scene she runs by Renee and checks him out, comedic dialogue.
Extras N/A We need extras for a park scene, bar scene and a lunch scene.
Angry Car Driver Guy N/A An extra in the foreground that gets very angry in his car in the beginning of the movie when Renee dose not see that the traffic light has turned green. Need someone good at over exageration. Very short roll, but very funny.
Football Guy N/A Shawn's friend, big guy, overweight or just big. Smothers Morris at the end of the game. Short roll, comedic lines.
Homeless Guy N/A Rides a bike he bought from money cashing cans. Funny lines, comedic appereances through the movie.
Monster Nation Guys N/A Monster Nation is a TV show Morris idolized as a kid. There are 3 guys in the show.
Bank Official N/A Someone to play a bank official, no lines quick scene.
